According to research the best outcomes for therapy are determined by the fit between the therapist and client. By having a brief (20 minute) consult call we can start to figure this out. In the call we will discuss some basic details about your life and current concerns, as well as answer any questions that you may have. After the conversation we can discuss setting up an initial appointment if you feel comfortable moving forward. An initial appointment can also help determine if working with me will be a long term fit for you.
I do not take insurance. Sessions are $200 per hour. All patients are required to leave a valid credit, debit, or HSA card on file.
